Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, as the seats for Workshops, Conferences & CMEs are limited and offered on a first come first serve basis.
Refunds (in case of Workshop or Conference cancellation)
In the rare case of cancellation of a Workshop, Conference or any other ticket sold, we will offer full refund of the amount.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Delegate registration cannot be exchanged or transferred to other participants. Similarly, tickets sold for one Workshop or Conference cannot be exchanged for another Workshop or Conference. In case you are unable to attend, your ticket fee will be forfeited.
